This is where we will announce the latest news concerning Walk Easy Ltd and it's products.

4th November 2009

Our friends, DNA Security Solutions of Adelaide, Australia, are receiving a lot of interest in their DNA Guardian since a raid on the Eagles Bar in Adelaide resulted in an intruder being sprayed by this product. A suspect has been picked up in a remote area and it is claimed that samples of his nasal hair contained UV identifier. We are currently awaiting further news. Cases such as this draw ones attention to the considerable deterrent effect of the mere presence of such a DNA product.

2nd November, 2009
All Walk Easy aerosol products have recently undergone a dramatic modification in that they now operate at sub-zero temperatures. For many years all propellant powered aerosol alarms have suffered badly in cold weather but this no longer applies to Walk Easy products which will function quite happily at -10ºC. Thanks to our policy of continued product development this advancement applies to our Key-ring alarm, WE900 alarm, and Trident and DNA alarms. The improvements are contained in our Patent Application GB0917679.3.

Walk Easy Ltd, won the ‘Most Innovative Product’ award competing against many well known companies and beating L’Oreal in the final.

Walk Easy’s winning product; the DNA Personal Alarm Spray emits a loud 138dB screech whilst simultaneously spraying DNA molecules with UV particles to help police in identifying perpetrators of crime. Each alarm has its own unique DNA code which is produced by Trace Tag of Cardiff. The Managing Director of Walk Easy Ltd, John Worthington, sees this new product as a marriage of two otherwise diverse technologies; forensics and aerosols, and whilst Walk Easy’s contribution towards this project is to make a loud screech whilst spraying DNA, it is the contribution of Trace Tag in devising a means of producing DNA at affordable prices which has made this breakthrough possible.
